Spread across over 40 parcels, the project features solar-powered lighting, gardens, youth centers, a STEAM lab, and business incubators — all dedicated to safety, education, sustainability, and empowerment. The Avalon Village has become a national model of what’s possible through resilience, purpose, and collective action.
